An offering of intermediate-maturity global bonds (SEC-registered and/or 144A / Reg. S) denominated in nominal UYU and USD, may follow, subject to market conditions. Any potential transaction may include a liability management exercise targeting outstanding nominal UYU and USD bonds of the Republic.
