July 10th, 2023. The Republic has mandated Bank of America Securities, Citigroup e Itau BBA as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income calls with domestic and international investors, starting Monday, July 10th.

An offering of an intermediate-maturity global bond (SEC-registered) denominated in local currency with nominal fixed rate, may follow, subject to market conditions. A potential transaction could include a liability management component for global bonds of the Republic denominated in local currency (fixed nominal rate and CPI-indexed) and US dollars.
