The Republic has mandated Bank of America Securities, HSBC (logistics), and Itau as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of international and local investor calls starting Monday, October 20th, 2025.

An offering of intermediate-maturity, SEC-registered global sovereign bonds denominated in UYU and/or USD, may follow, subject to market conditions. Any potential transaction could include a liability management exercise targeting outstanding global UYU bonds of the Republic, as well as Domestic Treasury Notes and Central Bank Monetary Regulation Bills.
