October 22nd, 2025. The Republic announced today the commencement of a global offering of a new UYU bond due 2035 and the reopening of its global USD bonds due 2037. Uruguay also announced today the commencement of a global offer to purchase certain UYU global bonds (set forth in the Offer to Purchase invitation) and a local offer to purchase for cash specific Treasury Notes and/or Monetary Regulation Bills (subject to the terms and conditions described in the Local Information Memorandum).
